One Account Per Player

Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing the pklv platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pklv platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Player) and pklv (the operator). This agreement governs all aspects of your use of the pklv platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, acceptance of bonuses and promotions, and the use of customer support services.
pklv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. When material changes are made, pklv will publish a notice on the platform. Your continued use of pklv following any such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations. pklv accepts no liability for any loss or disadvantage arising from a Player's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute as to the interpretation of any provision, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version. No translated version — whether official or informal — shall take precedence over the English text.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. The pklv platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. pklv applies rigorous age verification procedures and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age, forfeiting all associated funds.
To be eligible to register and use the pklv platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:
- You are at least 18 years of age. pklv enforces the 18+ minimum age requirement without exception. Players who are discovered to be under the legal minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits and winnings forfeited.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts opened or operated on behalf of another person are prohibited.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pklv or any affiliated responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
- You have not previously had an account on pklv suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are depositing and wagering funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. The use of pklv for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit onto the platform.
pklv reserves the right to request identity documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — from any Player at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pklv's compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending review.
Account Registration
To access the full range of pklv services — including deposits, real-money wagers, and withdrawal of winnings — you must register a verified account on the pklv platform. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern the creation and ongoing management of your pklv account.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
- You must choose a secure, unique password for your account. pklv recommends a password of at least 12 characters including a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Each person may hold only one pklv account. Duplicate accounts detected through shared personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, or payment method matching will be closed, and associated balances will be forfeited.
- You must keep your account credentials strictly confidential. pklv accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to maintain password security.
Account Security Obligations
- You must notify pklv support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pklv will suspend the account pending a security review upon receipt of such a notification.
- You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until pklv receives written notice of a suspected security breach.
- pklv may at any time require you to reset your password or complete additional identity verification steps as part of its routine security and anti-fraud procedures.
- Sharing your account login credentials with any third party — including family members — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
pklv is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. All accounts are subject to verification checks at registration and at the time of the first withdrawal request. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
Deposits & Withdrawals
pklv supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve players across Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern how funds are managed on the platform.
Deposits
- The minimum single deposit on pklv is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may apply to large deposits at pklv's discretion.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pklv balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during BST banking hours.
- pklv does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pklv accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the player's most recent verified deposit.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Prior to processing any withdrawal, pklv reserves the right to verify the player's identity, confirm the source of funds, and ensure that all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full.
- Withdrawals will not be approved if the account has an unresolved security flag, a pending KYC review, or a suspected breach of these Terms under active investigation.
pklv operates a strict same-method withdrawal policy. Funds deposited via bKash will be returned exclusively to the same bKash wallet number. Funds deposited via a Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer will be returned to the same bank account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and will be enforced without exception. Players who wish to change their withdrawal method must submit a formal request to the compliance team with supporting documentation.
pklv reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳2,00,000 in aggregate within a 30-day rolling period. Enhanced due diligence may include requests for source-of-funds documentation and may extend the standard withdrawal processing timeline by up to five business days.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on pklv is subject to the following rules. These rules apply to all product verticals including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino, slots, Teen Patti, and Multi Bet accumulators.
General Betting Rules
- All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. pklv does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a wager after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where the specific sport or game rules provide for such a situation (e.g., a match postponement prior to the scheduled start time).
- pklv reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full. pklv will notify the affected player via the platform's messaging system within 48 hours of the void decision.
- The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets without direct human interaction is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using automated tools will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
- Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker formats, coordinated betting to exploit promotions, and match fixing — is a serious offence. pklv will report credible evidence of match fixing to relevant sports integrity bodies.
- pklv reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or potential payout on any market or game for any player at any time, without prior notice and without the requirement to provide a reason.
Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules
- Cricket betting markets on pklv cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Match winner, top batsman, over/under runs, and live ball-by-ball markets are available subject to event scheduling and market availability.
- In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which pklv suspends the relevant market. Market suspension may occur at any time due to a key event (wicket, rain delay, DRS review) or at pklv's discretion. In-play bets placed after market suspension will be voided and the stake returned.
- If a sporting event is postponed and resumes within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will stand. If the event is postponed beyond 24 hours or cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Responsible Betting Reminder: pklv strongly encourages all players to set personal betting limits before placing any wager. Bonuses & Promotions
pklv regularly offers bonus promotions to players in Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials aligned with BPL and T20 fixtures, and free spins campaigns on featured slot titles. All promotions are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.
- Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms page.
- Eligible games for wagering requirement clearance vary by promotion. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution table for each promotion is published on the relevant offer page.
- Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and free spin awards expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's account without replacement or compensation.
- One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim a second bonus before the wagering requirements on a current active bonus have been cleared will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus abuse: pklv uses algorithmic detection to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements while minimising genuine gambling activity. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and any derived winnings voided, and may face permanent closure.
- Promotions are non-transferable: Bonus credits and promotional rewards are tied to the individual player's account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or shared with another player under any circumstances.
pklv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, existing active bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured to the end of the stated expiry period. No compensation will be paid for the withdrawal of a future promotional entitlement.
Seasonal promotions — such as those timed around Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, or Victory Day — are one-time offers and do not create any ongoing entitlement. A player who benefited from a seasonal promotion in a prior year has no right to expect the same offer to be repeated.
Account Closure & Suspension
Both pklv and the Player have the right to close an account. The circumstances and consequences of closure depend on whether the closure is initiated by the Player or by pklv, and on the grounds for closure.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players wishing to close their account may do so at any time by contacting pklv customer support via live chat. Upon verified request, the account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
pklv-Initiated Suspension or Closure
pklv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age; or any other reason that pklv's compliance team determines constitutes a material risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where pklv closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all balances — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in their entirety. pklv will provide written notification of the closure reason via the registered email address associated with the account. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute via the support channel within 30 days of the closure notification.
Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not be permitted to re-register. Liability, Governing Law & Disputes
pklv operates as a technology platform delivering online gaming and sports betting services. While we make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate odds pricing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following provisions govern our liability to Players and the resolution of any disputes that may arise.
Limitation of Liability
- pklv is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, even if pklv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- pklv is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or network outages beyond pklv's reasonable control.
- In all circumstances, pklv's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made in the same period.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with pklv regarding any aspect of your account, a transaction, a wager outcome, or any other matter, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat and allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. pklv aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through our support team within 28 calendar days of the initial notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pklv operates. Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are accessing the pklv platform voluntarily and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the service is lawful under local laws applicable to them.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pklv platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, game graphics, software, text, images, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pklv or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pklv content without prior written authorisation from pklv.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of this agreement.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and pklv with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
